About Executive Ladies - Diaspora
The EXECUTIVE LADIES -DIASPORA is an organization of female dominated and like-minded people in the diaspora founded on the 21st of September 2021 with headquarters in Germany.
We are of the view that, assisting the less privileged people in the society will have enormous benefits that will trigger down to the overall fight against inequality and poverty alleviation. (This organization is help-oriented) because we were touched by the level of discrepancies and unequal access to basic things like clean drinking water, three-square meals a day, effective healthcare, educational tools for children and decent accommodation etc.
The objective of this organization is to support our people to achieve leverage in society. Among the forward-looking contributions are soliciting for financial support, services of various forms and dimensions, donations and ‘direct support’ from the diaspora community.
Mission and vision
Our vision is to create a platform where enthusiastic women in the diaspora can engage, interact, and contribute to the development of women, children and the vulnerable in the Ghanaian society, which will enable them become self-sufficient and self-reliant. Through this vision, we hope to equip the target groups to find the balance in catering for themselves and their families. By doing this, we hope it will contribute considerably to the government’s and other NGOs’ efforts to alleviate extreme poverty in our country.
We aim to provide and promote initiatives that will enable the less privileged and women with no sustainable income in our society to have access to a better life, enabling them to create a decent life for their families.
